Welcome to Dorset and the delightfull village of Gaunts Common so named because John of Gaunt, uncle of Richard 11, used the area as a private hunting ground. The nearest town is historic Wimborne Minster with its outstanding towers and chained library.
Ideal for two or four Denbur is set in a lawned garden with Morrello cherry, and Bramley apple trees and there is private parking for two cars. The ground floor consists of porch,entrance hall,conservatory,wet room and w.c. There is a fully fitted open plan kitchen/diner. The comfortable sitting room has a DVD and TV. The stairs lead to a landing off which there is a double room, a double/twin bedroom and bathroom suite with shower mixer over the bath. Children are welcome. no pets, no smoking inside.
