‘Denbur’ is a lovely semi detached cottage, with lawned garden and conservatory enjoying a superb location in a village that takes its name from John O’Gaunt, Duke of Lancaster.
The house was built in the early 1900’s. It retains many of its original features including the upstairs bedroom fireplaces. Today it is well equipped and furnished and offers a remarkably enjoyable stay.
The ground floor consists of a porch, entrance hall, conservatory, wet room, kitchen/diner and sitting room with stairs leading up to a double bedroom, a double/twin bedroom and bathroom suite with shower mixer over the bath.
The property sleeps up to four, children are welcome, no pets, no smoking inside.
